What you will need

  • 240g rolled oats
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Natural Herb & Spice Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Natural Herb & Spice Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 2 large free-range eggs Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 60g nut butter of choice, melted
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 60g organic maple syrup (or raw honey)
  • 300ml oat milk / almond / milk of choice - gently warmed
  • 50g 85% dark chocolate, chopped
  • 50g 85% dark chocolate, chopped and melted

Method

Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with baking paper.
Preheat oven to 160˚C with the fan on.
In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, Natural Herbs & Spices cinnamon and salt.
Mix well.

In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, nut butter, vanilla, maple syrup and milk.
Fold the wet and dry ingredients together.
Next fold the chopped dark chocolate into the mix.
Pour batter into the prepared tin.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Then remove from the tin.
Slice into 12 brownies.
Using a very sharp serrated bread knife will help you get the neatest edges.

Finally drizzle the brownies with the melted chocolate and transfer to the fridge if you want it to set up quickly.
Serve and enjoy or keep in a sealed container for a delicious breakfast / lunchbox snack on the go!
