If you enjoy kebabs, you will absolutely love our BBQ chicken kebabs & grilled corn salad. Don't believe us, try it for yourself !
Start off by preparing your braai.
For the salad:
Drizzle corn with olive oil. Season it generously with Natural Herbs & Spices BBQ Grill Seasoning and Garlic Flakes.
Rub the seasoning in well and braai the corn until its lightly charred and cooked through.
When it's cool enough to handle, cut the corn off the cob and place in a bowl. Add the jalapeño, mint, coriander, red onion and lime juice. Toss and top off with avocado.
For the chicken:
In a large bowl combine the chicken thighs with the lime juice, zest, yoghurt, Natural Herbs & Spices BBQ Grill Seasoning and Garlic Flakes. Mix it well and set aside to marinate for 30 min - 1 hour.
Thread the chicken onto 4 large kebab sticks.
Then, place it on the braai and braai it until its lightly charred all round and cooked through.
Serve kebabs alongside the corn salad with chunky lime wedges.
