Hit the ground running with a smoothie bowl packed with summer energy! Plump, juicy and full of sunshine flavour, summer stone fruits are at their very best right now. Blitz up your favourite ones with ice, add a handful of raspberries and a sachet of our Natural Herbs & Spices' Energy Smoothie Booster and seize the day.
Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a liquidizer and blitz until smooth. (Top tip: Most domestic liquidizers are not strong enough to blitz whole ice blocks. Simply first place them in a strong, reusable zip-lock plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin to break up, then place smaller ice chips in the liquidizer.) Pour into a bowl and top with sliced fruit and seeds and nuts of your choice. It’s all about introducing loads of crunch to contrast with your velvety smoothie, so don’t be shy!
